In the Maracas Collection we'll learn 25 songs and activities which you can also recreate at home.We will sing songs like "All Around the Kitchen" and "Hop Ol' Squirrel", and we'll have lots of fun when we dance and sing to a new song addition, "Ha Ha This a Way". We love having lots of drum time with "Play the Drum" and pretending to ride horses to "William Tell's Ride"! There will be some familiar songs and rounds like "Frere Jacques" and "Pease Porridge Hot" to enjoy doing together. We'll pretend to make a puppy happy with "Sad Little Puppy" and have fun counting with "Five Little Mice"! We'll shake our maracas to "Al Citron" and hop real high with "Jack Be Nimble". Lots of imaginative play with "Cloud Song"and "I'm a Bell" are also part of this fun collection.

Music Education is essential. Research has shown that music supports all learning. Children use their whole brain and body, making connections that support cognitive, language and physical development. Music is invaluable. We have all had moments where we have been transported by music. All children should be given the tools to express themselves through music. There is a window of time in a child's development before they reach 8 or 9 years old where children can reach their full musical potential. Music Together® classes provide the opportunity to reach that potential in a fun, playful environment. Children immersed in music early in life will benefit from this exposure for the rest of their lives.
In addition to your weekly classes, your tuition includes recordings and materials for you to use at home, online access to the songs through the Music Together app, and a family newsletter full of resources and music-making ideas.
Tuition for the 10 week Spring Session is $270.
There will be no sibling fee. We hope your whole family will participate! Please register siblings so we can add everyone to our rosters.
